Let me tell you a little bit about what makes my studio different.

Unlimited Classes on the Reformer: Condition your body through resistance training that builds flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. Guided reformer workouts improve coordination and balance, emphasize spinal and pelvic alignment, and supports breathing and a strong core.

Plyometrics: Known as "jump training" our jump board exercises exert muscles to achieve their most rapid and explosive states--resulting in speed, power and an intense leg and core workout.

Cardio Treadmill Workouts: No need to run from The Pilates Studio to the gym to cram in a beneficial cardio workout. Our one-stop shop sets us apart from other Pilates providers as we offer guided interactive treadmill routines that are fun, challenging and customizable.

Butt blasters: Give us fifteen minutes, and we will target those blasted butt areas, isolating muscles that you never knew you had and tightening and lifting what’s behind you.
